⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay – A Huge Thanks to Tristan! We had the most wonderful stay at the Kyriad Hotel in Dijon, and it's all thanks to the incredible hospitality, especially from Tristan, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. His warm professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness elevated our entire experience, a true gem in customer service! The hotel itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly quiet, which made for a truly restful stay. Our room was pristine with a super comfortable bed, and everything felt fresh and modern. The breakfast was another highlight, absolutely delicious with a great variety, honestly one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. The facilities were just as impressive: The pool was gorgeous and relaxing, The sauna was the cherry on top, And the gym was well-equipped and clean. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Tristan's exceptional service really stood out and made a lasting impression. We will absolutely be returning every time we come to Dijon. Thank you again, Tristan, for making our stay so special, you are truly the heart of this wonderful hotel.

It's ideal for a stopover on the way back up to the Channel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and above all, given the recent heatwave , it had aircon. Parking available on site and the tram into Dijon is a short walk away (or use the park and ride). We had dinner in the restaurant and really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

We appreciated the fact that the reception was open 24/7. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is perfect for a short stop on the trip. They even have a swimming pool! Unfortunately, I lost my wallet, but the staff found it and kindly shipped it back to me in the UK within a few days.

The bedroom was small but comfortable and ideal for our needs which was simply a stop-over on our way home to the UK from Italy. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice including hot and cold food, pastries, fruit, cereal. The outdoor pool was an added bonus and allowed us to cool off after a long and hot car journey.

The personal was really kind! Especially the afternoon Personal. This man was so kind and really helpful. Thank you for your service.
